Milling & Baking Baking Bonanza

MILLING & BAKING BONANZA: NOVEMBER 19TH

This one-of-a-kind Baking Bonanza will be just what you need as you prepare for the holidays and the upcoming baking season. Join us for a full day of live discussions and demonstrations which will leave you inspired to bring whole grains into your kitchen. With heritage grain bakers, researchers, and enthusiasts sharing their wisdom from working with ancient grains, this will be an inspirationally mouth-watering event.

Our presentations will begin with a blessing for seeds, a milling demonstration, a talk about the environmental and health benefits of growing and consuming heritage grains, followed by demos in bread baking, tortilla making, pie crusts, and sourdough, all using a diverse range of heritage grains.

November 19th
8:45am - 4pm MT
