The association provides support for Master Gardener graduates and volunteers as well as continuing education and opportunities to participate in community programs that increase the visibility and participation in the Master Gardener Program.

Spring Webinars Available from Oregon Extension

Free, Advanced Training Webinars for MGs
Apologies for cross postings.

Dr. Brooke Edmunds (Extension Master Gardener Faculty in Oregon) is once again hosting free, advanced training webinars for Master Gardeners. While the presenters and focus tends towards Oregon, the topics would be of broad interest (I believe) to MGs, in general.

If you feel that these webinars would be useful for your MGs, or if you know of MGs looking for online CEU opportunities, please share this information with them.

You can take master gardener education credit for these if you participate.  Hattie Braun

Well Water Workshop

Master Gardeners: We are offering a free well-water workshop on Saturday, Dec. 9 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at 2625 N. King St. I've attached a flyer with more information. This is a down-to-earth seminar to help well users learn how wells work and function, and how to keep your water safe for use and drinking.  Don’t think that this seminar will be too “technical” for you.  This is a seminar where science is explained in simple terms (and you can ask questions!).
Please help spread the word and RSVP to Brandie Gobble  at (928)773-6110 or bgobble@email.arizona.edu if you plan to attend.

Regards,
Hattie
