 IllumiNative Event: August 20th and 21st

We want to highlight an event happening next week where our very own Jennifer Muskrat-Velarde will be joining the IllumiNative event panel to talk about Climate Justice, during Santa Fe Indian Market.

Jennifer Muskrat-Velarde, our RMSA Grants and Fiscal Coordinator, has been invited to speak on Climate Justice, alongside an amazing group of Native artists, actors, activists, and organizers for IllumiNative's "Indigenous Futures: Envisioning The Next 100 Years," an exclusive event held during Santa Fe Indian Market, August 20-21. Featuring Indigenous programming, empowering panel discussions, and exclusive viewing to the already sold-out Santa Fe Indian Market Fashion Show.

This event is in partnership with Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA), award-winning Chemehuevi artist Cara Romero, Indigenous fashion brand 8th Gen, and the @sundanceorg Institute Indigenous Program.
