6:40-7:45pm       Education:  4-2018 CMGA Grantees speaking about the funded projects.                             
(15 minute break with refreshments)

7:45-8:00pm      Raffle Prize Drawing – $1 each or 6 for $5 - Must be present to win
8:00-8:25pm       Business Meeting—Sherline Alexander, Past President report of 2018.   
MG Coordinator Happenings—Hattie Braun
·         Plant Sale in June 2019 will continue
·         MGA class coming up in January 2019-25 people have signed up
·         Possible on-line Master Gardener Classes
·         Americorp people will be doing Seed Library on the road.
·         Beginning Gardener’s class will meet every other Thursday and end with a field trip to Forestdale Farms.  A flyer will be coming out soon with times and dates.

MG Projects – Jackie Alston.  The Grant application process for 2019 will begin with a February 15, 2019 deadline for applications to be accepted.  The Grants will be reviewed at the March Executive Committee Meeting and announced.
