If your like me your spending too much time in the garden at this time of the year, and your body is reacting to it. In my case, my back is telling me to rest and slow down. I tried some of Fran's ideas and I found I got more done and enjoyed it more. We are all busy and often when in the garden rush to get things done, and therefore don't reek the benefits. Try some mindful gardening!
