Sedona Plant Walk, Medicine Making, and Creative Nature Integration Workshop to Support, Heal, and Awaken the Inner Journey.
 
Saturday, April 18, 1-4 pm at the Sugarloaf Trailhead
Attendance is limited - Please register in advance >> 
 
On a meditative plant walk learn about some of the local Sedona medicinal plants and flowers and their healing properties on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.  
Forge a deeper connection with the land, the spirits of the plants, and create a medicinal essence or salve that correlates to their personal journey in life at this time.
 
A space for creative communion with the plants through drawing, movement and/or writing will be offered for deeper exploration into communication with nature and Self.
  • Bring a small empty tincture bottle or small salve jar; paper and pen.
  • Participants will be supplied with oil, wax, and vinegar/alcohol to make their own essence or salve.
  • (Optional) Crayons, colored pencils, or Cray-Pas
  • Water bottle and sun protection (hat...)

Join Gardens for Humanity at the Peace Garden at the Sedona Creative Life Center for a morning of  garden work. Help us prepare the garden for the next season of growth while you enjoy its beauty. 
 
The Peace Garden is a healing sanctuary and botanical garden located in the heart of Sedona at the Creative Life Center. It is a garden that unites native plants, healing herbs, fruit trees and specimens from many parts of the world. There are pathways through the garden and shady sheltered areas for sitting and contemplation.  
 
Help us build protective cages for our trees, and mulch their surrounding basins.

  • Sun protection
