Thank You
Thank you to all who supported the Coconino Master Gardener Association in 2010. We had a very successful year with many attending our monthly meetings and lectures. We held our 1st fundraiser (calendars) and will probably do that again next year, so get those photos ready to submit. We still have calendars available at the Extension Office. Phone before you stop by as hours are variable.
We plan to participate in the Home and Garden Show in 2011 which will be in the old K-Mart Store - due to remodeling of the Snow Dome. We will again participate in the Flagstaff Community Markets. Watch this site to see what else we are up to.
In January, our first meeting will be on the 13th beginning at 6:30pm. Our new permanent location is at Shepherd of the Hills Church (1601 N. San Francisco just north of the hospital). Bea Cooley, a master gardener and member of the Audubon Society, will be the featured speaker. Her topic is "Bird Loving Plants."

All are welcome to attend the lectures. In 2011 we will be seeking a $10 membership fee for the Association. Your membership card will entitle you to get 10% off trees and shrubs at Viola's Flower Garden and 10% off all plant materials at Native Plant and Seed.
